Destiny Hands International and Partners Support Children Through Back-to-School Outreach in Tijuana, Mexico

TIJUANA, MEXICO – August 16, 2025 — Demonstrating a continued commitment to supporting children and strengthening communities, Destiny Hands International, in collaboration with its local partner, Binational Committee United for Children, carried out a meaningful outreach initiative in Tijuana, Mexico, aimed at equipping children for academic success and promoting their well-being.

As part of the outreach effort, children received backpacks and essential school supplies to help prepare them for the upcoming school season and encourage educational achievement. Recognizing that children thrive when both educational and basic needs are addressed, the team also provided nutritious breakfast meals, ensuring students began their day nourished and ready to learn.

A special highlight of the event included an opportunity to meet and shake hands with Christopher Teah, U.S. Consul General of Tijuana, Mexico, reflecting the importance of collaboration and shared commitment toward supporting children and families across communities.

The partnership between Destiny Hands International and the Binational Committee United for Children underscores the impact that collaboration can have in creating opportunities for children and promoting hope through practical acts of service.
